Yu-Gi-Oh Cards FOR SALE!
I have many Yu-Gi-Oh Cards for sale, two full tins of cards are just laying in my room collecting dust. I need them out as soon as possible, please take them off my hands.
I need these sold together so no individual card sales.

As for the price, I will leave it as best offer, just offer me a price and if its ok, its yours.

Does anyone know where to find out which cards are in which packs?

I haven't played in a couple months and everyone has great cards and I need to know which packs to select

I know the community's been quiet...
But some general info:
YGO!O is pay to play. Rather than monthly fees, it's got a system where you buy Duel Points, and then expend them for duels. Mean they can appeal to a wider range of players, and parents can have some degree of control to how much time thier children play the game.

Duel Points - Nessisary to duel, must be purchased, via the Duel Pass System.

Duel Pass - Obtainable through offline retailers, not sure who all's carrying them, or via the YGO!0 Website. From the wbsite it's $14.99 for 150 Duel points. Not that bad, works out to 5 games a day, or there abouts. Roughly $0.10 a duel. Not sure on the offline price. 1 free card per 30 points it looks like. Website cards seem to be randomly chosen.

And incidently, the word filter in game is one of the poorest I've ever seen.

Alright, i'm a bit confused about the card thing and all. I subscribe to Shonen Jump so i got the trial disk and have been playing the game for months so my name was at level 4 or 5. In April they deleted my deck and dropped me to level 2 and had me re-regester my name. After that i still have my free duel pass. I was never asked to enter in a code or anything. What bothers me is that they said they would make people start paying in April and i haven't had to do anything, not even use my duel pass. Is there something i did or are they just waiting before they start asking people to pay?

Duel Passes
Ok guys I guess the final concensus on the Duel Passes is this....they are sold in Shonen Jump magazines and are good for 30 duels (1 a day wtf?) so that's it on those.

Hey guys thought I would let you know, the update does NOT freeze your computer what it does is adds an annoying 1-2 minute hang at the end of the last duel.

It still happens...
1) Wall of Illusion is officially one of my favorite cards. ^^ Kicked some butt with it today.

2) Why do people quit playing when they're losing? Very frustrating, that. Not my fault they keep making the same mistake over and over. Not very nice to make the game lock up on my end for it. I wonder what you (all two or so community members) think of the ethics of keeping a list of players who have been known to do this? I'm split on the issue. On one hand, it'd make it easier to avoid them, on the other, there may be a legitimate problem, that they can't do anything about, and then people would think badly of them for no reason.

I'm still frustrated about it, however.

Hello all *waves*
Hello everyone, well its cool to find a Yu Gi Oh online community, especially since its so new and I have no friends on it XD But yes, I must say I am truly impressed with how...polished and awesome the game looks. I use to just play Yu Gi Oh online using the YVD software, but it was so glitchy and just...cheap it got too frustrating to handle. Not to mention for some reason or another it refuses to even connect with anyone. This game is 100000 times better, the only beef I have with it I guess would be them making you use cards from the Legend of the Blues, and Magic Ruler sets, instead of your own cards. (I had so many awesome cards I wanted to use as well!! >D) But I guess thats just to make it fair for everyone starting out. You know when it comes to using cards just from LOB or MR, I never thought it'd be so hard @.@ Anyways, I've been into the TCG for less than a year and I've been trying to assimilate the best deck with my current collection of cards (in real life). Well here's my attempt at making a deck, any comments, suggestions or constructive criticism are more than welcome. Thanks!!! (Sadly my online deck is no where near as versitile or strong XD)

Oh, and my online level so far is Level 5, and my username is makoeyes987

Anyone up for a duel one day can catch me in the level 3 room and stuff ^^ Hope to make some new friends and get some advice! ^__^

Here's my deckCollapse )

Once again... Why do you keep doing this?
I must be haunted by the bad luck monster.
Because I keep running into people who let their time run out. When they're in a position to kick my butt, none the less.

And my game locks up and I don't get cards. Nor points, I'd wager.

Excuse me while I go punch something.

That's one game bug I figured out...
Now, I've been guilty of this, too, on occassion (namely, I got distracted and forgot I had a trap card set that'd require my attention), but please, please people... Don't just not click anything, when you're playing. It's horribly annoying, since it means I'll be stuck on the "You Won!" screen forever, until I shut down the game. And then I have to go through the hassle of logging in again. And it's annoying.

Because the game doesn't have a "back to lobby" button to click in that situation, and the evaluation screen won't come up when that happens (which means, I can't rate you as a poor player, darn!), so it effectively locks up.

Likewise... When your hand consists of a single card, and you've played that, there's no reason for your main phase to drag on for another minute. Yes, I'm impatient. I like being efficient. If my turn drags on, it's either because I have a messenger window open (okay, bad me... I never said I couldn't be hypocritical) or because I'm thinking about what to do. With one face-down monster in defense position, and nothing else to your person, how much thinking can there be to do?

Arrrrgh. Frustration.

First Post!
Hello, duelists!
This is your friendly neighborhood moderator speaking. I don't bite. At least not very hard.

I'm a Swedish duelist, playing on the English server under the player name Herakai, having run across the public testing version of the game as a Shonen Jump freebie, currently using a slightly modified version of the original deck. I'm wanting to possibly create a dragon or beast-warrior deck when I have managed to collect some more cards. Just because I have a weakness for the blasted things. Please feel free to post and introduce yourself. Note that while you can give people your player name, you should never give anyone your username and password.

If you have suggestions as to what interest keywords should be added to the community, or are having problems with something related to the community, please contact me. This is even more important should a flame- or troll situation arise. Please, duelists, don't respond to such people, but contact me and let me handle it using my trusty ban-stick and warn-fan, okay?

Welcome to the community!
